How we work:
First and foremost, its vital we understand your needs and goals, so that we can tailor a programme to suit. Often this may involve an initial project to identify the territories that should be prioritised, based on market size, market readiness for the solution and ease of market entry.
Once targets have been established, we work to your needs and budget to deliver an on-going marketing programme, that will deliver a steady flow of leads into your sales teams through lead generation, campaign and event activities, whilst building market awareness and visibility through PR, thought leadership and content marketing.
To do this, we work as your outsourced regional marketing team, covering everything from strategy to execution, working in either a VP Marketing role or alongside your marketing team at headquarters, as well as your regional sales leaders to deliver a local programme that works.
Depending on the complexity of the programme, we typically work on a retained basis for between 1-3 days per week, significantly reducing senior marketing cost
